I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the size felt quite small overall. The service was excellent, with a dedicated team striving to provide the best customer experience possible. The location was nice within Udaipur, and the hotel offered some Rajasthani themed evening programs for guests. The dining experience had some room for improvement, especially in the taste of the dishes. Overall, a decent option for a stay in Udaipur.
The hotel provided a mixed experience with clean and big rooms on double occupancy during our 4-night stay. The service staff worked hard to deliver top customer service but seemed under pressure dealing with MrSatish. The location was really nice within Udaipur, offering a taste of Rajasthan with themed night programs. However, the dining options fell short, needing improvement in taste, especially traditional Marche products.
